Refund policy

Mirain, semi-custom Zirel is a made-to-order product, so cancellations and refunds cannot be made after ordering.

We will exchange the products if damage and trouble caused solely by the company and if the wrong product is being sent in international transactions. However, in case of the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.

  1. Notify our customer service center of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 10 days after delivery.
  2. Use the enclosed packing slip and send the information necessary for returns/exchanges (damage status, product difference, etc.) to our email address (somas@iwai-press.co.jp), when returning damaged products.
  3. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at the customer service center.  

Sorry, return policy will not apply to the products shipped overseas, due to customer’s convenience.
