About Re-shipment
This policy applies to customers who were unable to receive a package shipped from our company or who refused delivery.
When we ship an item, we provide you with the tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier. Once the item arrives in your country, it becomes your responsibility, and you are required to contact your local shipping carrier directly.
Additionally, as stated in our policy, shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot issue refunds if you refuse to pay customs duties or decline to accept the package.
Please note that we cannot reship the item unless you purchase this redelivery service. Thank you for your understanding.

International buyers – please note: 
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.

※For redelivery, we will use DHL to minimize potential issues on the recipient’s side. Please note that shipping costs will be higher than EMS.
